the topo
Every figure, in the open
These are the numbers the topo puts on chain. Every route sent from it gets exactly these. SOL priced at about $100 for the dollar figures.
| line | figure |
|---|---|
| supply per route | 1,000,000,000 (6 decimals). Mint and freeze authority: none (immutable). |
| floor (opening mc) | 30 SOL (~$3,000) |
| summit | when the curve has gathered 88.577 SOL; mc then 420 SOL (~$42,000) = 14× the floor |
| supply to the summit pool | ~21.09% of supply + the 88.577 SOL go into a Meteora DAMM v2 pool; the rest is sold along the pitch |
| chalk (trading fee) | 1% flat on every swap from the first one. No opening fee, no ramp, no dynamic fee. |
| chalk split | Meteora 20 · climber 60 · belayer (tie-in) 20 |
| fee after summit | DAMM v2 pool fee 1%; the LP owner claims it, which is the belayer |
| anchor (LP after summit) | 90% to the belayer wallet, UNLOCKED, withdrawable at any time · 10% to the belayer wallet, permanently locked (the Meteora program minimum) · climber 0%. Not burnt. |
| send cost | 0 to the wall. Solana rent only, about 0.02 SOL. |
| vesting / leftover | none |
| $BLAY climber | a fresh wallet per route, funded by the belayer; buys 0.40 SOL in the send transaction and may sell whenever it chooses |

the anchor, plainly
When a route summits, Meteora migrates it into a DAMM v2 pool and mints the LP positions. On this topo the whole LP is assigned to the partner, which is the belayer wallet above.
90% of it is unlocked. The belayer can remove that liquidity whenever it wants, which would take most of the pool's SOL and tokens out of the market. 10% is permanently locked; that floor exists only because the Meteora program refuses less. The climber gets no LP.
On scanners this shows as LP not burnt. That reading is correct.
